I´ve participated in the identification of the causes of Anatel Billing Indicator (4/1000 and 95%), establishing a methodology to calculate the Anatel Billing Indicator for both Call Centers (Macae and Campinas) and implementing a new system (using SAS PC and Lotus Notes) with a goal to meet the Anatel standards for Region I (16 States) and Region III (Sao Paulo). I took part in the elaboration and implementation, along with EDS, of the methodology of the Change Management IT Process. | |

I have defined the contingency and backup environment to guarantee the working of high availability systems. I've converted the electronic mail to a unique platform, using the Lotus Domino / Notes platform. I took part in the definition of the restructuring of the network, which used from optical fiber (ATM), UTP and coaxial cable. | |

I've coordinated the migration of the NetWare Local Net environment to Windows NT, allowing a better remote management of the branches, as well as a reduction on the support team. I've enable the changing of the centralized IT processing, introducing local nets at the White Martins Holding companies, defining the architecture for the decentralized processing, for more than 100 branches in Brazil. I've managed the implantation of videoconference between Rio and the USA, installing a satellite link, which allowed a more efficient and agile communication (information, voice and images) with cost reduction. I've coordinated the evaluation of a IBM product, which would permit the integration of the Office Vision and Lotus Notes e-mail, being the first company in Brazil to use such product. | |
