I've introduced management reports to increase the level of the rendered service, optimizing the attending time spent by the support teams.
I've coordinated the software support team at the DocuWorld98 Xerox event, in Sao Paulo. This Xerox private event occurs every year in Sao Paulo, simultaneously with Toronto, Amsterdam and Chicago, with the purpose of introducing the clients to the Company's technological novelties, an in 99 Xerox has introduced 30 new products.

Advice in the analysis, planning and coordination of the tests of the systems in real time, involving the execution of the simulator of the movement of the trains of the Line 1 of the Subway of Rio de Janeiro and in the elaboration of procedures of tests of the Fare Control System. These systems were developed by a French company for the Subway of Rio in the Digital PDP-11 environment.

I evaluated the system of control of traffic of the Subway of Rio was been in agreement with the specifications with the objective of guaranteeing the perfect operation of the movements of the trains.
I evaluated the system of control of tickets of the Subway of Rio was been in agreement with the defined specifications for the liberation of the turnstiles for the passengers.

Development of the Database Management System "STELA", a clone of the DBMS "TOTAL".

I made the reverse reenginnering, programming in IBM Assemble/370, of the DBMS "TOTAL" in way to substitute for a national similar DBMS called "STELA".
I developed a monitor "STELATEL" that allowed the access of terminals IBM to the DBMS "STELA", using the access method EXCP ("Executes Channel Program").

Development of the system "STELAREL" of generation of reports on the DBMS "TOTAL". This system was financed by BNDES and it was developed by a consulting firm of PUC-RJ, allowing through a language of high level to generate reports on this database.

I participated in the development of the system "STELAREL", programming in IBM Assemble/370 language.
